Tasting notes :
Nose : animal notes, wild earth, a hint of sea spray, toasted almond.
Palate : powerful and persistent, captivating, spicy notes (clove, black pepper). A blend of smoky and toasted aromas.
Finish : light peat (35 ppm) that doesn't mask the malt aromas but lingers on the palate, complemented by notes of roasted peanut.
Cereal : barley.
Ageing : double ageing in two types of old Cognac casks.
