Tasting notes :

Colour : deep red.

Nose : notes of red fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry).

Palate : round and tangy, beautifully balanced with notes of cherry and strawberry, and subtle woody notes lending a pastry-like quality.

Ageing : 5 years in French oak casks previously used for Cognac.

Serve as an aperitif, in cocktail or with a chocolate or red fruit dessert.
