This is a tribute to the crisis which hit the winegrowers of the cognac appellation so hard from 1990 onwards. A time when cognac was no longer sold.

A time when my father did not know if he would be able to continue to live from the vine.

Paradoxical beauty: the vintages of these cognacs, which came out of the crisis and were therefore unsold at the time, became my father's glory 30 years later.
