Tasting notes:Colour : Golden amber.Nose : Floral notes.Palate : Woody, spicy, and vanilla
notes.
Grape variety : Folle Blanche. It
represents less than 1 % of the Cognac
AOC vineyards. These white-skinned and
white-fleshed grapes produce low-alcohol
wines. This variety is very susceptible
to gray mold.
Vineyards : Fins Bois. Vineyards
overlooking the Gironde estuary
on a clay-limestone terroir.
Ageing: 5 years in fine-grained cask,
medium toast.This is a 2019 vintage, a single cask.Limited edition of 600 bottles !
