Tasting notes :
Nose : elegant and expressive, blending white flowers and exotic fruits (pear, roasted pineapple), enhanced by sweet spices (cinnamon) and a subtle rancio.
Palate : A smooth entry, with mellow, well-integrated tannins giving way to aromas of candied fruit, marzipan and gingerbread, enhanced by sweet pepper.
Finish : very fresh, with a harmonious profile that increases in intensity throughout the tasting.
Vintage/harvest : 2011.
Cru : Fins Bois, groies terroir.
Distillation with lees.
Ageing : in old French oak casks in a humid cellar.
Limited edition of 823 bottles.
This is a natural cask strength Cognac. Un-chillfiltered, natural colour.
